Ok, I damaged the plate wenn i tried to rip off the velcro sticker...
If it is really sticking so bad:
get a thin perspex plate, stick the velcro on it
and just screw the plate to the table.
Alternativ :
bend a aluminium plate in a proper shape and screw it at the bottom
