In Odysseus's defence (and I do spend much more time being rude about him than defending him) he did make the remaining crew swear a solemn oath on Thrinacie not to eat the cows. He takes one little break and Eurylochus has gone and persuaded them all to throw a barbecue!

It occurred to me a while ago - that most people are so worried about how they are perceived that they usually don't have time to worry about how I come over. I've taken that as licence to be outrageous.
