When science contradicts our cultural biases, it is dismissed as “unscientific.”

In ecology, the decision to exclude evidence against the ascendant logic of competition & violence lead to decades of policy undermining the interdependence crucial to healthy ecosystems.

Burnout is systemic, not shameful. If the Earth itself can’t sustain modern life, then imagine how problematic your expectations for yourself are!

We process the melancholic and hopeful realities of life on a planet in distress with rigorous scientific insight to dream better for ourselves.
