Unrelated, but kinda related… have you ever heard of or used the expression 'Manita de gato'? It's less sloppy than typical landlord fixes, meaning to do a quick spruce-up – a little 'cat's paw.' Sometimes one will incorporate a hand gesture miming a little cat grooming as we describe the task.
