As a Title-32 AGR, I make more than they do despite them all outranking me, and now they're still working for backpay while I'm getting paid.
I'd like to take the guys out for lunch tomorrow. Does this seem like a good move? Or do you think will it harbour even more resentment?

But personnel-wise, I'm the low man on the Quality Assurance Office roster. The other 4 are Title-32 GS dual-status technicians that all out-rank me (E6) militarily (2 E7's, an E8, and an E9). They're not saying anything, but there's some tension there right now. And I can't blame them at all.
