Yep, the use of shithouse halfarsed treated radiata pine for rails because it’s cheap & hardwood logging is banned means fencing is lucky to last 10 to 15 years. I have An original 50 odd year old hardwood fence at home which is on it’s last legs but probably still has a few years left in it
