1. The modbots already struggle to differentiate between porn, artistic nudity, and sometimes even fully-clothed suggestive art. It's not wise to trust them to determine whether a depiction is consensual or not.

Historically such restrictions have been interpreted very liberally and often at the expense of artists who haven't done anything of the sort.

People are accepting of it cause for them it's "just boobs and porn" but the reality is that payment processors shouldn't be able to determine what adults spend their money on.
