I’ve never been one for using VSCode since I used JetBrains products. I’ve since wavered in my opinion. There is a MySQL extension by Weimar Chen that lets you connect to a myriad of different databases (SQL and NoSQL). I feel like I am late to the party on this one. If you haven’t tried it….do it.
