thank you for spreading the actual knowledge about this. i personally don't find offense with the term "witch" per se because i understand how empowering it is for westerners. but we're closer to shaman-priest than anything.

the "shaman" connected with parkgeunhye was not an actual shaman. not a single one of us Mudang recognize her because she's never been through initiation ceremony <requirement>.

yesss exactly :) which opens up discussion- while i don't identify as trans, I can understand why others might see me as such especially in the situation of me being possessed by my male deities & only during those times.
