What are your thoughts on the Pokemon, Killowattrel? It's an electric/flying type based on real world animal, the Great Frigate Bird. It has uses such as being a fast tailwind setter, to speed up its team, and also activate its signature ability, Wind Power, which boosts its next electric type move.
