THESE citizens MUST take up a SCOTUS case AGAINST Trump and argue to REVERSE Trump v US. They could use overturned Roe v. Wade argument that abortion rights not "deeply rooted in history” to challenge Trump v. US, because potus immunity for criminal acts has no historical basis either.

I agree BUT, the former POTUSes (Biden, Obama, Bush) CAN and SHOULD take it back to SCOTUS. Not sure what they’re waiting on. He’s not going to get any better.

The logic used to overturn Roe (lack of historical basis) can be applied to Trump v US to overturn his immunity.

All countries have obligations under customary international law & treaties to protect right to life. Deliberate killings of civilians outside war may be subject to universal jurisdiction, allowing any country to investigate and prosecute perpetrators, especially if the home country fails to act.
