Last night’s dinner, home made bibimbap!
The sauce has just the right amount of heat and sweetness from the gochujang (first time #cooking with it), and because I had trouble finding fresh bean sprouts, I used fresh seaweed. Also used cauliflower rice as I’m trying to go low-carb of late.
