A little late, BUT Moss is actually at their core an ancient entity/being that's actually lived many many lives, this is just their latest iteration. (a way to explain the various different sonas I've had) Each form lives out an entire lifetime and story of their own.

Hmmm. I'd say up to you, though it wouldn't be a bad idea if you're willing to sort/moderate both forms. Dms are definitely easier ,faster, and more convenient, even if emailing is a more secure and reliable way of running things.
