Warner Bros. franchises such as the #DCUniverse, #GameofThrones, #HarryPotter, #Friends, #LooneyTunes and divisions such as HBO will be moved under the Netflix umbrella.

HBO Max will continue to operate, with Warner Bros. and HBO content occasionally added to Netflix.
