My favourite dishes of 2024. First, a crab taco from Enrico Bartolini at Mudec, Milan; a dish of scallop, sea urchin and caviar at Mercado do Bolhão, Porto; Wicklow venison at Ox Restaurant, Belfast and finally oysters in Vitoria-Gasteiz.
