One of my "Elegant Arsenal" quest disappeared without counting as completed. I picked them both up from the vendor, did the dungeon, and then was able to complete one of them, but the other one is missing entirely. Not in postmaster, any character, terminal, or at the vendor.

Is there more clarification on the registration fee? i.e. if a competitor registers to an event with a 10$ entry fee, does the competitor pay 10$ and the fee is taken out of it? Or does the competitor pay $10 + a start.gg fee, and ends up paying like $11?

Already requested one, worst case I'll just bring my passport 😂
