I have pulmonary fibrosis due to a diagnosis of scleroderma & sarcoidosis. For most of 2024, I was home fighting pneumonia and then COVID.
Today, I did my first hard workout. I haven’t felt this well in a while!

I can’t believe this has Alanis Morissette documentary has been out since 2021 and I just saw it today. It was so good! Hearing her music again is so motivating and inspiring.
