From my experience in Alberta it's definitely disease, cars, encroachment and climate that are the problem. If we backed off on a few of these the Moose might have a fighting chance against the climate change

I dont see any land in this. Just more money and access to programs / services. Not sure how you can be a Nation or government without a distinct land base.
