It’s sooo important to create a visual identity system like Granny Gurl that’s 100% unique to your brand in order gain recognition across platforms and leave a lasting impression!

Each logo variation features a granny smith apple with a crochet hook stem to call back the brand name.

The loopy typography represents the natural flow of yarn and everything is tied together with a cohesive green apple color palette (naturally).

The hair on top is an abstract M and the G in my last name can be rotated to become the glasses in my brandmark!

I utilized colors from nature during the autumnal months that bring a sense of comfort and finally pulled it all together with my signature illustration style.

I strive to create designs that make you smile and wanted my logo to reflect that.

After hundreds of concepts I eventually narrowed it down to this playful lockup of my name forming a smiling face!
