Indeed, it is very similar, and I’ve had to do that too. Unfortunately a lot of doctors are either too overworked and/or burnt out to have the energy or desire to care beyond the bare minimum, but I really wish that wasn’t the case

I wish… Not an option though so I’ll just deal with it myself instead ✌🏻 Very thankful that I at least know so much about diet, vitamins, minerals etc! Bought quite a few different things, so with some trial and error I should hopefully feel better soon enough 💪🏻
