I dont know if she will arrive by last titan. But the next saga may have space. Elune is titan adjacent, but likely not a titan. I dont think she is much beyond titans because her sister is the winter queen. Cenarius is alive atm so we do have a family tie to explore. Idk

What can they do? Scotus doesn't have an enforcement body. That's what the executive is for.
This would be cause for impeachment, but roberts can only preside, he doesn't have much else in the way of control. Maybe he could try something akin to judgment notwithstanding the verdict?

I will never understand why so many men feel the need to act on every attraction. It takes an extremely small amount of effort to think quietly "wow, that human is very pleasant to look at. Anyways" and move on.
