Just an observation: the FDA has been giving Neuralink a hard time because every company developing an advanced technology must meet evidence-based guidelines no matter what they think of themselves. Then, the new US government halts funding and lays off workers even at the FDA's AI division.

I emphasize to every pharmaceutical company I present to that I understand their commitment to patient-centricity. However, current approaches fall short since patient centricity is a passive process for patients.
Patient design actively involves patients on the highest level of decision-making.
