You’re absolutely right. The thing is though, the fascists stacked the courts. ABC/Disney would still lose. It’s not catering to the fascists when they literally are leaving you no choice. It’s instead self preservation.

To be fair, they were strong armed by the FCC. They are the real culprits. It basically came down to fire Kimmel or their license would be revoked. I’m not sure we are directing our anger at the appropriate people when we say “boycott ABC.”
