There are no rules making the supreme court justices recuse from anything. There are recent cases in which their non-recusal was... troubling. However, if they get a case about the files and they're in them and they don't recuse, they could be accused of covering up a crime and impeached.

You don't think he's actually going to release anything, do you? The reason he announced an investigation into dems is because the bill has a loophole allowing him to not release anything being used in an "active investigation." He'll claim it's all being used and not release anything.

A musical is done in two acts with an intermission. So, I don't mind if a movie of the musical is done in two parts. What upsets me about Wicked is that they didn't initially say it was in 2 parts, so I walked into part 1 thinking it was the whole thing.

Don't be naive. The law requiring their release has an exemption for ongoing investigations. Hair Furor announced an investigation of dems not only so he could make a big noise about how evil they are, but also so he'd have an excuse never to release the files. We're never gonna see anything.
