I'm not sure about this for tournaments like this or MLS grounds, but at most major stadiums the concessions are 3rd party contracts & the organizers have little connection to the prices. The concessioners pay the home team a fee for placement.

He might make the conversion really well being a ground ball guy, but the price is out of line. Give me Herz for Ks, Taillon for consistency,or Soriano-Detmers-other Holmes for upside.

Some of this, at least Ms & Sox, guys don't necessarily have a high max. Lots of control guys who can 'go get' a mph extra when needed. No Hunter Greene's there. Their guys seem healthier than LA & TB

And the OF also seems a little light on power. I'm more sure how they produce enough runs to compete. And I wonder how that affects the counting stats on Chourio & Contreras.
