you certainly should! I can't express how much it helps to have a professional take care of your wellbeing, have access to ADHD meds. I've moved to Germany and while it is certainly way better than the UK in this regard, getting a psychiatrist appointment for ADHD is VERY difficult!

When my GP said that I was being referred for an assessment, I was so relieved and then they told me the waitlist is possibly 1-2 years and I was like 🤯 Luckily I got private diagnosis in another country, but nothing's the same as getting regular treatment in the country you live in.
