In a campaign I'm a player in, there's a potion seller. THE potion seller. A gnome with a contorted frog-like face and a bargain bin full of unlabeled bottles you have to spin a wheel for. He breathes like an asthmatic pug and can apparently teleport. His name is Hannibal, and we love to hate him.
