One of the reason behind that is their outstanding social support systems.

I think his wealth has more to do with it than the colour of his skin.
The mentality needs to change to us vs. the billionaires not us against each other anymore.

In Ontario Ford is trying to raise the contribution amount. I know it's nowhere near the American contribution amounts but it's a start in the wrong direction.
