It would be easy to say she is “too obscure” but I don’t think that’s true and she likely would be in many anthologies on feminist/potentially queer poets and writers from over the decades

People mostly know her poem about Australia but she also wrote about feminism and queer themes. Very interesting - lots of “Ruth and Dorothea” … and she was an avid writer and diarist

I’m surprised this isn’t spoken about more. Some of the memes are so obviously 5-10 years old that when I first heard “girlboss too close to the sun” I immediately thought this was written years ago. I hope it’s all declassified one day

Do you think it’s Karma or something else? I think she had some songs leftover and is fulfilling her contractual arrangements in some way but not necessarily that this is Karma

I saw this on a non TS page on FB and people were agreeing- this is so unbelievable. I also am a history and social science scholar and willing to call out anything that resembles fascist imagery. This is not!!!
