Yakuza Dad hires secret daughter's childhood friend to protect her (along with every other person in her class, who are also all secret professional bodyguards).
This was hilarious. Reminds me a lot of the humor in Assassination Classroom, with a healthy dose of absurdity mixed in.

The terrorists are super scary and ruthless and Charlie's friends and family just want him to be happy and normal.
A wonderful look into prejudice, terrorism and its effects, and what it really means to be human.

Neither reputation is exactly true or false and the characters are genuine. The only thing I didn't like is that the storytelling gets a little disjointed with flashbacks out of nowhere in the middle of a scene.
Otherwise, a very good dark romance.
