Made for us and taken from us, our blood soaks its soil.
There, we felled immortals;
There, gods knew fear.
Our power sleeps in its broken shadows.
Magnaeus, origin of all unknown."

Supäri Vamǝpoor’s gift was of a few days; time enough for the dwarven kingdoms to man the walls of their barrier mountain keeps, and for ports to fill with emergency supplies and evacuation ships. It was these few days that bought the survival of mortal life on Kǝʂän [...].

“It is the opinion of this Speaker that seeding mortal colonies throughout the Eꞇērēǝm must become our top priority if we are ever to rise above the false providence of the gods.”

The weary Léʂik nations divided at the mountains. The Léʂik Ǝp’hőwü (fearless hunters) traveled east and crossed the Borim canals. The Léʂik Kätsün (fearless knowers) traveled west and crossed the Harruk River. They would thrive in The Spectral Coast, a place as lush and radiant as ever imagined.

The Origin War began as the gods struggled to contend with their creations, most of all the giants. [...] Flitősa-Tӓnmăǝ sought an army of their own to control the uppity mortals; together they designed a pantheon of divine soldiers to fight until eternity if called upon...

Supäri Vamǝpoor survived the 3000-mile journey across The Desert of the Damned to tell of the black fate befallen the Belhondäri Confederation and warn The Spectral Coast of the impending apocalypse. Today, the fickle history books call him either Ʂēäpsőm (prophet) or Ꞇülflēmsi (death omen).

The dead of a thousand generations swept across The World’s Heart in a vile herd of unyielding evil [...]. Within a fortnight, the Belhondäri Confederation [...] was utterly destroyed, its people ground into the sand by the bones of their ancestors.

"[...] the Senthoun, when twin moons crossed the sky in equal fullness to rain the day anew upon the dunes each night for a fortnight. The moons create a strange sort of perpetual light. The sun seemed to split by night and the shadows made fools of your eyes."

When the first of Cemünthél’s ranks fell to the giants, Flitósa-Tanmăǝ wept for they knew not of their own hands. Their blood became rivers of new things even Dümǝzid had not foreseen, as mortal life rose from their children’s ashes.

Dümǝzid fashioned the first worlds from stardust radiating off Kéfrē’s stars; they were gas giants. Principle among them was Celéstis, still the sacred seat of divine power in the Eꞇērēǝm.
