I’m the only female on this construction site (painter) and one of the guys keeps bringing up DEI intentionally within earshot thinking I’m a DEI hire. No, dawg I’ve been doing this 6 years. And even if I wasn’t the company we work for is a WMBE. So HE wouldn’t even have a job w/o DEI

I’m at the PASA sustainable agriculture conference in Lancaster, Pa. It is so nice the I’m surrounded by people who CARE. I’ve learned that food pantries are noticing that the immigration situation is keeping un-documented families from coming to get food. Help them.
