NYTimes needs to correct their mistaken headline. Deportation is the process for removal of NON-CITIZENS.

The OR Supreme Court just invalidated ODOT's rule requiring unionized labor for 8 specific projects, which sounds like a loss for Labor, but the ruling was based on ODOT's administrative shortcut, not on the the merits, so rules could still require union labor.

I won 2 of 3 public Y! Fantasy Basketball leagues (2 points leagues, 1 H2H), and came less than a point from running the table and winning the 3rd!
