Both are. The fatty part was a surprise but muscle is too. There's an off smell but I'm sometimes silly. They also gave me wrong cut of meat.

Ahhhh just pulled out my standing rib roast for dinner and it's discolored. My grumpy father says it's fine my mother says no way. I've never once seen a rib roast start this discoloration but I'd prefer no food poisoning for the holidays.

I gave up taking pics. It's hard to tell where white mounds start and stop. We're around 38 inches. Fuck.
