I freaking love these downtime activities. They do a great job of turning the choices a character might make in roleplay into real benefits they can enjoy all the time

I'm reading through it right now and I think it is rather well designed. They make it feel like you are commanding an army but not bogged down by dozens of stat blocks.

Dathfinder is a good one. Dids on Bikes is pretty good. Dowered by the Apocalypse has been used as an inspiration for many games.
