Scorpio Market Report #1!: The Fundraiser for the Sanabel Team went so well! Sold posters at my booth for 100% of price to be donated. We raised $85 total, with a few people donating directly and here’s a receipt from the part I received to donate. Thank you to those who took part!

I AM SO READY (read:still preparing) for my very first art market!
Years of helping my family sell chile at farmers markets was all obviously in preparation for trying to sell a folded up piece of paper in which I somehow combine my favorite cooking show and top surgery?

My fingers kind of hurt from hand pressing staples into my zines but I’m now in possession of 30 more zines to add to my box. Total is now at specifically 127 copies of various literature booklets

It was so fun to make this! It’s a junk journal made from all sorts of recycled pages. I’ll be sharing these at markets (one of them’s on Sunday — Scorpio Market!) if you want to look through them! How do you use recycled things to make art?
