(Mostly) Girlie here who loves that movie but understands everything that's problematic about it. Got into a discussion with a male friend about it and when I tried to make a few points, he said I was "being too feminine about it".

So now I just watch it alone on St. Paddy's.

Must admit I am not knowledgeable enough about MLB/Dodgers history to know if that’s true but I do have to look at how it all started there and was quickly brushed aside on their behalf but *now* it’s coming out that it wasn’t a one-off within the league.

I know times are hard right now, so please don't feel required to help, but if you can do anything, just know I would be so, so appreciative.
