I don't think where she's at right now but at least for a while diversity and representation in all directions was very important to her.

Yeah, with adaptation the thing is that the protagonist is bisexual and she does the nice Asian guy vs wild pansexual girl thing. It was really terrible.

I feel like Malinda Lo is a little hit or miss. Ash was great. Huntress made me feel awful. Adaptation was shit.
