I thought about doing a Lost Episode based on It’s A Wonderful Life; but then I figured I could never do one better than the one Married..With Children did. I decided to do a Scenes From A Mall homage instead.

Who is this Jesus they keep talking about? I only know of one Jesus, and that can’t possibly be the one they’re referring to.

One of CBC’s biggest mistakes, IMO, was not beaming their signal via satellite and becoming a cable superstation a la WTBS and WGN.

“For four bucks, you get 24 ounces of USDA Choice beff.”

“Beff? No, you mean beef.”

“Beef? Don’t be ridiculous, Cliffy, that stuff is beff…what do you expect for four bucks? You see me complaining about the loobster?”

None of those words really convey just how peculiar he is. If only there was a word like, say, “aberrant”; just shorter. Like five letters, one syllable, preferably starting with one of the last five letters of the alphabet. If only such a word existed.

Probably the only time it’ll ever be safe to take a dip in that canal.

Canceling Just the Ten of Us didn’t help; though Marie was such a fascinating character, she might have ended up better known as being Marie than being Nancy.
