Just learned that one of our time-keepin’ kobolds messed up a lil’. Stream starts at 9PM CET, noon PST and *3PM east coast*.
Rest assured, Incontinental HR has been made aware and the kobold in question has been dealt with. Savagely.

This is by no means a comprehensive list (there's actually probably three times as many goblins in Undermine that we've already seen elsewhere on Azeroth), just some of the NPCs we see around the cartel headquarters.

Honorable mentions for this guy, who made it all the way out of the RPG! (Though I think he also gets a mention in the Traveler novels).

Also technically left out Hobart Grapplehammer who shows up *many times* between the goblin starting zone and heritage questline.
