My Game Award votes where I have a clearer opinion. I missed some of the more recent games - catching up to do at Christmas! Expedition 33 would've been my GOTY if the ending hadn't let me down so much. Silksong is a remarkable experience, and despite some issues, my favourite this year (so far).

Infinite again #marvelsnap. Another exhausting, mostly bot-free climb 😩 Zombie Clog got me over finish line ~97+, especially good for hot location. Ramp was ~92-97, felt decent enough but you won’t get more than 2 cubes. Move 75-93, didn’t try it but Kraven/Hellion versions seemed more consistent.

First Infinity Border in at least a year! I stopped trying once I got my tenth so this number 11 really was more of a happy accident. I even beat a destroy player on the way which should be a bad match up. #marvelsnap

Finally infinite. Honestly, this climb frequently made my blood boil, Second Dinner shouldn’t try to gate keep infinite further by removing parachute bots. Anyway, everyone’s playing roughly the exact same 3-4 decks, I’d have preferred going off-meta but nothing felt consistent like this #marvelsnap

I think I’m at a point where work won’t give me anymore deadlines or overtime until 2026 so I’m mapping out my next 3 months of gaming. There’s like 20-30 games that I couldn’t include that I wanted to. There are truly too many games 😳

Kang is an incredibly fun card to play today but, like Arishem, I don’t think it’s a long-term healthy addition for the competitive side of the game. Kangs are usually good, so making them cheaper and taking more of them is also good. I’ve been farming conquest tickets with this. #marvelsnap

Good game is good (Silksong). I think it is a significant step up from Hollow Knight. Some frustrating elements hold it back from a 10 but I’d rate it very highly. A worthy candidate for GOTY in a super stacked year.

Made a less meme version, not sure about R&G or Alioth but the rest feels correct* and a lot more competitive! (*correct if you really want to play Cosmic Ghost Rider, I’m not 100% sure on him just yet!)

Not for any serious play, but I’ve been having a lot of fun with Cosmic Ghost Rider! #marvelsnap I did destroy some poor soul playing the current ‘best’ deck in Gold conquest though 😂

I caught up on Absolute Batman this evening and still can't recommend the full series enough! Attached the covers I picked up over the last few months. Scott's new Bane is brilliant and brutal, and I really can't wait to read what happens next.

Nexus-Princess Ky'veza ?? difficulty DOWN! #warcraft Incredibly proud of this one. The most challenging solo fight Blizzard have ever done, for me at least. I have grievances with some of the fight I never want to see them repeat, but ultimately that Soulsborne rush at the end still felt awesome!

Absolutely melted the 70s-90s with everyone net decking the same End of Turn stuff. 90s not quite as breezy, more Cosmo & Caiera, and generally a wider variety of meta decks. There’s probably more optimised lists but I settled on this, RG felt a bit better than Enchantress. #marvelsnap

Putting my game designer hat on today to have some fun imagining a #marvelsnap balance patch I would like to see! If nothing else, I wish Second Dinner would take more short term, experimental risks.

Mr Fantastic is yet another season pass card you can expect to see in everything until SD (first) steps in - I don’t believe this passed play testing, but it’s being sold anyway. Expect to see most opponents doing very similar things, so you should strongly consider Mobius right now. #marvelsnap
