And finally, we have the river in Mountaintops of the Giants and Consecrated Snowfield. And this one has a very clear path from the Freezing Lake to Consecrated then to a frozen waterfall off the edge of the map. It's frozen with zero flow, so I'm not sure if it IS a river, but it certainly WAS

This body of water, between Limgrave and Weeping Peninsula actually looks more like a channel between the mainland and an island. Also, Weeping "Peninsula" is actually more like an island. The only connection it has to the mainland is the bridge, and it's foundation is deep beneath the water surface

Actually, upon a second look at the map there appears to be several rivers. I decided to take a closer look at them, starting with this one, in Limgrave. Having inspected it thoroughly, the water there is clearly stagnant, making it, you guessed it, a slough! How exciting
