So far, he’s kept the caucus together on DHS funding. He’s definitely not the best senate leader, not even in the top 10. Don’t know who else could do it better tho

At press conferences they have every single day. But House and Senate leaders exist to whip votes, not coordinate messaging. We don’t have opposition leaders like in parliamentary systems. Maybe we should but we don’t and never have
