Saw a crane on my walk along the Greenway.

On a brighter note, I decided to finally start play Stardew Valley. Tough part is trying to decide who to romance. I'm leaning towards Sebastian or Abigail. Might just see what happens and let my play style decide. Who knows? Maybe I'll wind up romancing someone different!

Maybe it's a sign I'm getting old and ornery but littering is not cool. I really hope the city gets it cleaned up but not holding my breath on that.

Our city had their annual Christmas parade yesterday. I didn't go but the streets that it would be on were packed, I hear. And when I went on my walk today, I saw a mess of broken, discarded candy and wrappers. It makes me sad to think that this is common and why I think tossing candy is a bad idea.

I also want to get into taking more photos. Like of any and all that I can. I want to have photos that remind me of the journeys I've taken and the progress I am making.

A goal I have, that is related to becoming more social again, is to try D&D one day. Work schedule doesn't really allow for me to join the groups at the local card shop (boo to 2nd shift!) but I think it could be a fun experience.

So I will make some of my first posts be able the things I enjoy. I've taken walking just about everyday. I love being outside and seeing the sights of nature. I also like the feeling of pushing myself to go further each time I step out the door.

Been making changes in my life and figured that one change would be to join Bluesky and become more social. I've missed having conversations with others online and want to do better.
