I believe every person deserves to be treated equally. Our paths, stories and struggles may be different, but at the end of each day we just want to be happy, healthy and receiving the respect we deserve as people. No one is better than anyone. Be a piece of peace. Stand your ground and stay strong!
When someone says “The good girl is dead.” I disagree. As one who had felt that way growing up, I know now that she doesn’t have to die. She can tame it, adjust it, & give it to the ones who genuinely deserve it. No matter how I feel, I refuse to punish myself for others behaviors. I’ll rise above.

I was listening to the radio earlier and they said “If you’re not gonna take time for your wellness, you’re going to have to make time for your illness.” & that resonated with me. It actually made me stop what I was doing to reflect. I need to start taking care of me like I do for everyone else. 🤦🏽♀️

I keep finding these black threads on my carpet and have no idea where they’re coming from. At first they seemed like something random but they keep popping up & all the same length of thread too. I don’t own anything like this, but whatever’s unraveling, please don’t do it when I’m not home. 🤦🏽♀️

I think for the first time in a while, my mother finally heard what I was trying to convey to her. She didn’t say much on it but her eyes said it all. It’s a start. One I hope we’ll be able to work on together and get stronger.
