Civilized yet vocal. Loves treats and naps. Seeks adventure with friends.
Absolutely agreed. Eastwood was a horrible choice to direct this.

Team of Rivals is phenomenal and got me going down a Lincoln cabinet rabbit hole. Fascinating, exceptionally well researched. No wonder Spielberg used it as a reference for his "Lincoln" film.

Same. Still recommend the book, but I explicitly state to avoid the movie. The movie pacing sacrificed the beauty of the book.

Blue Latitudes by Tony Horwitz

The Tigress of Forli by Edita Brychta

(really wish Tigress would get made into a movie)

Depending on her age, there could be something going on physically w/her brain...especially if this is a sudden change of emotion, or in its intensity. I know some folks in their 30s who have frontotemporal dementia. That form of dementia can come with violent, unpredictable rages.

Sending support.

I really appreciate the consummate professionalism of Huey Lewis & The News on "Sports".

Truly one of the most surreal scenes I'd ever watched in a movie at that time.

This was a particularly intense MLB playoff, so maybe not too common.

However I live in a college basketball mecca, so that's my passion. With March Madness, I'm pretty sure I have yearly heart palpitations at some point.

My local theatre did a retro screening of this a few months back. While it's great to watch on TV, it is just fantastic on the big screen...especially with that soundtrack in crisp quality. Great film, fantastic cast.
