True perhaps on some level but we can’t be naive about the justice system in Canada… speaking as a lawyer. No system is perfect & ours has been shown time & again that while it may be better than many parts of the world it’s made some significant errors & is subject to systemic racism and classism.

This is not good for the health of anyone globally - speaking as a Canadian living north of the border. Big Pharma will not invest in new R&D if this is the how the US is going to approach new vaccines, meds.

I truly hope this holds true for the US election. If not, I see this hate spreading even more throughout Canada too.

Interesting as I remember in 2020-2021 maybe even early 2022 the union was actively fighting against masking for teachers, even those who were immunocompromised.
