I once went into a music festival and they checked my (very sensibly) packed handbag. The guy skipped over my painkillers, my anti-histamines and my breath spray and pulled out a cylindrical wrapper. He demanded I opened it, convinced it was nefarious. Bluesky, it was a tampon. 🤦‍♀️

I’m just making the case to get the FT on our subs list at work as I’m personally paying at the moment. Press teams across the country used to get every major national paper delivered to their office door every morning before the pandemic because, shockingly, we need to know what’s in the news. 🙄

Basically, every time you feel angry, sad or even uncomfortable, that’s basically a boundary being crossed.

So if, say, injustice has you raging, then you value fairness.

Work out your values, then live by them.
