I would say the 2025 team is actually a worse job by Sirianni than the 2023 team and only seems better because it had a top 3-5 defense.

If anything, his ability to check out of 2nd and long runs into bad looks was curtailed or, you know, he would have done it.

It wasn't hubris, it was incompetence. They didn't refuse to make necessary changes to the offense, they weren't capable of it.

Only on offense. Players are as miserable operating within this offense as fans are watching it and three years in a row it's devolved to infighting. The defence on the otherhand has a phenomenal half locker room.

The only workable way forward with Nick is that he never gets to run or hire someone to run the offense again. But probably better to move on from him (though they won't)
