You can use a saroo flash loader to play those expensive games nowadays and if you want to get physical copies you can get them jp imports for cheap. I got my jp copy of panzer dragon saga for $40

yeah ive had some similar colossal mistakes like that. one time i had a Ibanez UV77GR i, again, sold for car repairs. Figured I'd find another one. Not only did i never find another one, the price of buying another one has gone up 5+ fold.

first time i had one was in like 2002 when the prices were sub 200$ for an imported AES system on ebay. Sold it for car repairs, bought another one like 10 years ago. ended up selling it again because the gentrification in retro gaming made collecting impossible.
